Refund policy
If XDiag Soft cannot license Datrix Studio and get it working on the customer’s PC, the customer may contact support to request a refund. The exact request process and any legal conditions must be finalized before checkout opens.
Privacy policy — draft
The planned activation service will process a contact email, activation request, machine identifier, interface serial, device public-key thumbprint, request status, and security logs. The secure portal and its data-retention rules are not live yet. Do not submit device identifiers until the official activation portal is available.
Terms — draft
Datrix Studio Pro is licensed software for Windows 10/11. License limits, lifetime-update terms, supported interfaces and vehicles, payment handling, and support conditions must be finalized before online sales begin. Vehicle/module support varies; verify compatibility before purchase.
